1 General Provisions & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ckk4 platform and all services under it. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must provide your real identity and accurate information.
• You must not be subject to any restriction that prohibits use of this service.
• You may operate only one account per person.

2 Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account at ckk4, you must provide accurate and complete information. ckk4 reserves the right to permanently close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

• A strong password

Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount or for large transactions, we may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you believe your account is being accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ckk4 regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• ckk4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on ckk4 are conducted fairly and transparently. Our platform uses SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that every outcome is completely impartial.

Prohibited Activities

• Betting using bots or automated software
• Creating duplicate accounts or sharing accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities

• Fraudulent activity against other users
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform

Fraud Detection

ckk4 uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. If fraud or a breach of terms is proven, the account in question will be closed immediately and all balances may be cancelled.

Technical Issues

ckk4 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from a technical fault or disconnection during a game. However, in the case of a server-side error, our team will review the matter and take appropriate action.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

The ckk4 VIP program has three tiers, offering special benefits to regular players.

VIP Tiers

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week

You can advance to a higher tier by staying regularly active. The specific benefits of each VIP tier apply separately, and ckk4 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

VIP Cashback Policy

Cashback is generally paid on a weekly basis and is added directly to your account balance. Specific wagering requirements may apply to cashback, which will be stated in the offer details.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

ckk4 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Our full privacy policy is published separately and forms an integral part of these Terms.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure Initiated by the User

Suspension or Closure Initiated by ckk4

ckk4 may immediately suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following situations:

• Serious breach of the Terms
• Providing a false identity or forged documents
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

• Suspicion of money laundering

Whether the legitimate balance in a suspended account (excluding bonuses) will be returned will be decided on the basis of an investigation.
